Cynthia Padera

Executive Assistant
Cynthia Padera assists the President and Vice President with a spectrum of activities related to administration, programming, development, outreach, and communication.  Prior to joining Alliance for Justice, Cynthia was an intern at the Department of Veterans Affairs Information Resource Center, preparing reports and consultations identifying the agency's research needs, and a national director for the non-profit Student Association for Voter Empowerment, working to institutionalize sustainable voter registration on college campuses.  In 2008, Cynthia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as an associate with the Wharton Small Business Development Center, the Fundraising Director for the college Democrats, the Director of Operations for the annual Model Congress conference, and the chair of the Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society.
