Dorot Law Fellow - Judicial Selection Project
Monica Schneider is a 2007-2008 Law Fellow for Alliance for Justice’s Judicial Selection Project (JSP) in Washington DC. As a fellow, Monica’s duties include researching and reporting on judicial nominees as well as contributing to AFJ’s coalition work. In 2007, Monica graduated from Boston College Law School, where she served as the president of the Boston College Law School Democrats and as a board member of the Women’s Law Center. During law school, Monica worked for the Prosecutor’s office at the United Nation’s International Criminal Court for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) at The Hague. Monica was twice elected to serve as a delegate to Massachusetts Democratic Party State Convention. She graduated in 2003 with high honors from Oberlin College with majors in History and Religion. She is originally from Long Island, NY.
