Advocacy Evaluation and Advocacy Capacity Building


Ever try to fit that proverbial square peg into a round hole?  You know it doesn't go too smoothly.  The same is true of taking traditional methods of evaluating direct service projects and applying them to advocacy-related grants.  The value of advocacy work and of building advocacy capacity can be demonstrated with approaches that fit the nature of advocacy.
